Black & Decker Sinks Suit Claiming Tools Released Asbestos

Law360, New York (January 31, 2013, 8:49 PM ET) -- A Connecticut state court ruled Tuesday that Stanley Black & Decker Inc. cannot be held liable for asbestos exposure allegedly caused by its grinders and shop vacuum because the products could be used in ways that would not release asbestos.
