Holly Drumheller Butler Joins Miles & Stockbridge’s Litigation Practice

“We are delighted that Holly has joined our firm,” said John B. Frisch, chairman & CEO of Miles & Stockbridge. “She has significant trial experience, at both the state and federal levels. Her diverse background in commercial litigation and products liability matters, and her deep experience in conducting corporate investigations in various sectors, will be tremendous assets to clients.”
Butler served as counsel to former Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen in connection with his independent review of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s regulatory processes surrounding potential mining development in Bristol Bay, Alaska. She also has represented companies in voluntary disclosures to regulators and enforcement officials.
An honors graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, Butler was recognized with the Order of the Coif, awarded to the top 10% of students. She earned her bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Mary Washington University in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
